Disciplinary Notices in Texas

Many companies give disciplinary notices to employees as “warnings” that the employee needs to improve his or her performance. Written warnings often carry more weight with employees than verbal ones. They also serve as evidence that the employee was terminated due to misconduct, if it comes to that.
